About me
I am Associate General Counsel to Planar Systems Inc. and former General Counsel for the Oregon State Bar. In my current role I provide legal advice on a full portfolio of compliance, human resources, federal and state litigation, commercial contracts, governmental contracts and intellectual property issues.
In my prior role, I staffed the OSB Legal Ethic Committee and Legal Ethics Helpline and presented over 100 seminars on issues related to ethics and reporting obligations. I enjoy problem solving on sticky ethics and compliance issues.
In my free time, I serve as a Commissioner on the Oregon Government Ethics Commission, follow women’s soccer (#ThornsFC), garden, and play the viola.
